We have a little under one month remaining before the start of our 10th CONsole Room convention and have a few exciting announcements for you, including more guests, the launch of our commemorative shirt and new enamel pins, registration opening for #WhoItYourself events, and more. Take a look!
DECEMBER 26: VIP MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION CLOSES
Registration is OPEN for CONsole Room 2023, but registration for our VIP memberships will be closing soon on December 26!
VIP memberships give you access to all of the in-person and virtual fun all weekend and already includes our convention shirt for the year AND year 10 enamel pin. It also includes some special VIP-exclusive perks, such as access to our Thursday night mixer with our Guests of Honour and Featured Guests. If you were interested in a VIP membership, make sure you register no later than December 26!

JANUARY 1: COMMEMORATIVE SHIRT ORDERING DEADLINE (ROUND 1)
We’re thrilled to finally be ready to launch our commemorative shirt for ordering this year! For the best chance of arriving in time for the convention, the ordering window closes on January 1.
**Please note that if you are a VIP, you do not need to place an order separately through CustomInk. A shirt is included with your VIP registration.

JANUARY 5: DEADLINE FOR HOTEL ROOM BLOCK ACCESS
CONsole Room returns to the HILTON MSP AIRPORT/MALL OF AMERICA HOTEL and our room block is open through January 5 or until full! Staying at the hotel is a great way to help the convention, but also gives you a home base for the weekend, a place to watch virtual panels, and easy access to local amenities.

We are truly an event created by the fans for the fans, and our funding comes solely from donations and registrations to the event. #WHOITYOURSELF EVENTS NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION
We brought #WhoItYourself into CONsole Room back in 2016, and we’re thrilled to be continuing this spotlight on Whovian creativity! In 2023, we’ll have three #WhoItYourself special events – Build-Your-Own Hydroponics Workshop, Seed Art Activity, and Painting with Plasmavores – and early registration is open. Additional details for some events are still being finalized, we will continue to share more details as we have them.
