Costumes, Quizzes, and Prizes – Oh My!

Who’s ready to win a contest?! CONsole Room is sponsoring a costume contest at the Geeks Who Drink Doctor Who quiz at Cardinal Bar in Minneapolis on Saturday, 16 Nov at 7:00p and you’re invited! Wear a costume, build a team (max of six players per team – $5 entrance fee per person), and come show off your Doctor Who knowledge. We’ll be giving away a cool prize pack to the person who wins the costume contest, so brush off your 4th Doctor hat, grab your recorder, pull on your question-mark jumper, and join us for what promises to be a great time! CONsole Room Welcomes Deborah Watling

We are excited to announce that Deborah Watling will be joining us at CONsole Room 2014! Deborah played companion Victoria Waterfield alongside Patrick Troughton from 1967-1968 and will be visiting the Twin Cities for the first time next May. With the recent discovery of nine of her previously-missing episodes (The Enemy of the World and The Web of Fear), we’re looking forward to Deborah discussing them, along with the rest of her time in Doctor Who and her long career as an actress.
