We’re back at the Hilton MSP Airport/Mall of America Hotel for our 12th convention in January 2025! This hotel not only provides great function space and comfortable rooms for both guests and attendees, but is also located on the Blue Line of the Minneapolis/St. Paul light rail system, making it easily accessible to various parts of both cities as well as easy access to the Mall of America.

For those of you used to the hotel we've been using for the past decade - and those joining us for the first time! - please take the time to review the information below for information on hotel operating procedures.

Wheelchair Accessible Rooms
There are no wheelchair accessible rooms automatically in the hotel room block. However, you do still have access to the room block! Please call the hotel directly at 1-952-854-2100 and request the CONsole Room 2024 room rates.

Parking at the Hotel
Parking in the hotel parking lot is automatically FREE for all CONsole Room attendees. The parking process used in 2023 has been removed, and no parking codes are required in order to park in the hotel parking lot.

Cash vs. Cashless Amenities
The hotel has moved to a (nearly) fully cashless system.

CASHLESS:If you plan to eat at the hotel bar/restaurant, you will need to either charge your meal to your room (if you are staying overnight at the hotel) or use a credit or debit card.

CASH ONLY: Please note that the cash bars in our convention space (by or in the ballroom on the second floor) on Thursday (for VIPs), Friday, and Saturday nights will only accept cash.

The (TARDIS) Pool is No Longer in the Library
The hotel has updated their pool area and it is now OPEN for those staying overnight at the hotel.

Should I Stay?


Some people may wonder why they should bother staying at convention hotels – does it matter? The short answer is…yes!
Those room nights support our use of the hotel’s function space, so having attendees stay there is very important to the convention.
