Are you interested in advertising in our annual souvenir program book? We have space available!
We offer two forms of advertising: paid advertising and ad swaps. Ads must be appropriate for our family friendly audience.

Ad Swaps

We love advertising for other non-profit fan-run conventions, fan groups, and fan events! All we ask is that you help advertise for us in return. If you fit this description, please contact us to reserve space in our program book.

Ad Space - half page or quarter page only
Color - B&W only
File Type - JPG, PDF, or PNG file
Specs and Pricing - This is listed as the "Fan Rate."

Paid Advertising

Don’t fit the qualifications for an ad swap? We do sell a limited number of ads in our program book, as well. Paid advertising can be either a full-page, half-page, or quarter-page ad.

Deadlines

To reserve ad space in our souvenir program book, please contact us no later than December 17, 2023.
All ads/payments MUST be received by December 24, 2023 to be included in our 2024 Souvenir Program.
