Volunteering at CONsole Room 2021
Though CONsole Room 2021 is virtual, we do still need some volunteers.

Once we receive and review your information, we'll send you an email with more information.
Interest form received before Tuesday, January 12th at 11:59 pm will receive priority in scheduling.
YouTube Monitor for Zoom
Your responsibility in this role is to watch the chat on the YouTube stream and copy questions and username from the YouTube chat into the Zoom chat as soon as they are posted. You will need to (1) watch the YouTube stream of the panel currently being aired, and (2) be part of the Zoom meeting for the panel. During this panel, you will be muted and will not need to use video in Zoom.
Facebook Monitor for Zoom
Your responsibility in this role is to watch the chat on the Facebook Livestream and copy questions and username from the Facebook Livestream chat into the Zoom chat as soon as they are posted. You will need to (1) watch the Facebook Livestream of the panel currently being aired, and (2) be part of the Zoom meeting for the panel. During this panel, you will be muted and will not need to use video in Zoom.
Discord Monitor
In this role you will need to be logged in to our Discord Server. Your responsibility during your scheduled time is to monitor chatter in the various text channels to help ensure the Discord space stays Safe, Kind, and Friendly. You may need to remind persons of the server rules, and work with our Security Monitor if issues arise.
